I really do mean "super-simple": there are two ingredients in this thing!Half an ounce of raw or roasted pecans (that's nine or ten pecan halves;break them up into smaller pieces) and 1/4 cup of dried cranberries are all you need.Toss them together and eat!

Bonus: pecans have four times the antioxidants that almonds do.Nice!Here's how this faux trail mix breaks down: 185 calories, 10 g fat, 3 g fiber, 1.5 g protein.
