Everyone, listen up!I've got the steps to creating this adorableponytailhere onNicole Richieat the Charlotte Ronson's williamhill388Beauty Launch Event from the man who created it,Wella Professionalshairstylist Andy Lecompte. So grab and mirror 9or some pencil and paper to take notes0,and let's get started!
To start,Andy appliedWella Professionals Thermal Image Heat Protection Sprayto each section of Nicole's already dry hair to leave hair soft, shiny and manageable before smoothing out locks with a flat iron.
Next,Andy pulled a mo-hawk section of the hair up and away while he pulled the rest of the hair into a super high pony with two elastics at the crown of the head for extra volume.
He released the mo-hawk section of the hair and lightly blasted her hair with a blow dryer to find a part and smooth out any kinks.
He lightly shook out the top section of the hair to let face-framing fringe fall, then separated the remaining hair into two sections on both sides of the head.
One at a time,he wrapped the sections around the pony and secured with hair pins to hide the elastic and give shape to the head.
Finally,he smoothed fly-aways and set the look with a light mist ofWella Professionals Stay Essential Finishing Spray.
